The Sustainable Plantation Information and Performance Monitoring System, or SIPKEBUN, is a government initiative in the field of plantations that aligns with Law Number 39 of 2014 concerning plantations. It serves as an acceleration of e-government implementation across all government units, based on Presidential Instruction Number 3 of 2003 on the Policy and National Strategy for the Development of E-Government, to strengthen the plantation commodity database, especially for palm oil.

Certificate of Plantation Business Registration for Electronic-Based Cultivation
e-STDB is an online platform aimed at simplifying the issuance process of the Plantation Business Registration Certificate (STD-B), a certification provided by the Regent/Mayor to plantation businesses with land area less than 25 hectares. This initiative is also recommended in accordance with the Director General of Plantation’s Decision Number 105 of 2018 on Guidelines for Issuing STD-B to facilitate data updates and anticipate potential issues such as document loss, and so forth.
